Agreement between User and EngageX Media Inc.

Welcome to EngageXmedia.com. The EngageXmedia.com website (the “Site”) is operated by EngageX Media Inc. (“the Company”). EngageXmedia.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). If cancellation were to occur, there are no refunds after your purchase on any of our services, as we invest significantly in fulfilling the service at the highest level immediately upon purchase.

5. Package Renewal

All packages will automatically be renewed every 31 days unless you notify our team otherwise.

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the applicable Arbitration Act in Canada. The arbitration will be conducted by one agreed-upon arbitrator in Toronto, ON. The decision will be final and binding.

EngageX Media Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

11. Entire Agreement
